Every product at Always Riding can be ordered and shipped to Australia, and we welcome Australian cyclists to our store. If you have any questions about a product, or if we can help with sizing or any other query, then please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Always Riding way

• All orders that contain in stock products ship the same working day, and you will receive an automated order confirmation and tracking number link soon after ordering. Items that show a 3-5 day despatch status on the product page are clearly denoted, and are sent on average 2-3 days after purchase
• UK sales tax is included for all orders until the checkout address selection stage, at which point prices will reduce by 20%
  
• Your order will be despatched from London, England, and be sent with a fast AirMail service to Australia
  
• We charge a shipping cost of $24 AU per order, but we offer free shipping if you spend over $156
• Shipping to Australia takes from 7-15 working days depending on the speed of the Austrlaian Postal department and customs. However, most orders arrive within 8 working days on average, apart from at busy holiday times

Returns or Exchanges

• You can return any product for any reason for either an exchange or a refund. We include a return form and return address label inside every package to make returning your order very easy
• We do not charge additional posting costs for sending replacement items for exchanges, nor do we operate restocking fees

Correct return procedure to avoid disruption

To ensure a smooth return to us, please mark your package as: RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly written on your country specific customs information document on the outside of the packaging or on the package itself. If not written, there is a chance that your return will be refused on entry to UK customs and sent back to you.
