Worn alone as first layer for trail rides, touring or the regular commute, the Bionicon Merono T-Shirt is an exceptionally comfortable cycling top, made only from the finest New Zealand MAPP Merino Wool in a superfine 150 g/sqm blend.

Furnished with flat lock seams throughout and no seams in the shoulder areas for bag carrying comfort, the Bionicon T-Shirt also features raglan cut sleeves, and a longer cut at the rear for the perfect on the bike fit.

My first merino product and got to say it lives up to the billing so far (several hard rides and one wash). Comfortable and didn't smell at all after 5 rides!! I now want the long sleeve version and a thicker one for winter. They are pricey but so far I'd say - you get what you pay for.

Excellent base-layer for warmer days, best quality bit of merino I have bought. Flat-lock seams, long in the back, its superb bit of kit. Great sizing info as well - I got a medium, am 5' 10" and 12 stone and it fits great. Only negative is the price - you can get Rapha for less.
