Castelli apparel used to be very small, but over the last few seasons they have restructured their size set for a more international rider base, so the size, whilst fitted, is not overly small. Therefore, please follow the sizing chart with confidence, but if you do want a little extra room, then feel free to go up a size.
*For an accurate glove size, please measure across your flat open palm just below the fingers, then compare your measurement to the chart above. If it's a close call, go one size up or down depending on the result.

Perfect for changeable weather
Size comment: "Tends to be small"
Tired of pulling out the rain jacket for showers I bought the Gabba as a sort of weather compromise, and have been really pleased with it so far. First the fit, it is slim, but racing slim, so whilst I have mentioned smaller than expected, it is true to size if you remember this jersey has a racing heritage! On the bike, it feels great, obviously warmer than a summer lightweight jersey, but you soon forget about that in the rain / showers- it really does repel water effectively, and if you pair it with the Nanoflex armwarmers you've got a great combination for changeable days.

perfect for cool days in glasgow
Really like this. Sizing is as in the size guide. I'm 5'6" and have a 38" chest and medium is snug with a wicking baselayer on. I quite like the racy fit and it suits me, but I could have fitted a L. It's pretty windproof and water resistant. You won't stay dry in heavy rain, but light drizzle just beads off. It's quite warm, so not for v hot weather, but I recently wore it climbing the Col d'Aspin. I left at dawn and it was misty, maybe 12 deg and it was great on the ascent. The descent was fast so the windproof quality was excellent. It was perfect for those conditions. In fact for spring/autumn riding in Scotland it is great. I might get the LS version this winter - I'd get a L so I can fit a merino vest. Pockets are deep, but not zipped. Best of all it looks fantastic, if a bit gimp

My first choice for cool mornings in the Adelaide Hills
Size comment: "True to size"
I had read a heap of reviews on this product, all of which claimed the virtues of the Gabba! Still a little concerned about the price, I bought one and it is worth every single cent. Perfect to wear with just a base layer on cold morning rides, this jacket will be my garment of choice as the south australian winter approaches.
