UK Orders
From the moment you place an order you'll be kept fully informed of its status via email, from receipt to despatch. We also use live stock updates, so you'll always know when we have something in stock, allowing you to order in confidence. Out of stock items are usually back in stock within 1-2 weeks, but if you do have any questions about an out of stock product, then please contact us.
UK delivery
As long as you order before 15.00 p.m. GMT Monday to Friday, your item will be despatched the same day, and by default on a Royal Mail 1st class Recorded service. As you probably know, this could mean you'll get your items next day, but could take up to three. If you'd like guaranteed next day delivery then it's better to choose the 'Express' option at checkout. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which will make sure you get your order before 1 p.m. the next working day (excludes Saturday & Sunday). We operate a standard express charge for all next day orders, so even if you order £300 of clothes, you only pay one flat rate.
International Orders
We ship orders internationally every single day, so wherever you ride, we can deliver to you quickly and easily. When you create your account and specify your delivery address, the relevant flat shipping rate will appear during checkout which. For international returns, please send the items back with the enclosed form, making sure you adhere to our terms.
Flat rate shipping costs for international orders (free shipping available with minimum spend)
Europe: £8 - including 'Non EU' European countries - estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days
North America/Canada: £12 - estimated delivery time of 5-15 business days
Rest of World: £15 - estimated delivery time of 10-20 business days
Due to the nature of international shipping, we can only ensure the package leaves Always Riding in a timely manner. Once the item is in transit, we rely on the postal service in the destination country. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time then please do not worry, and we would ask you to wait until 28 days have passed before assuming something untoward has happened to the delivery.
Your right to cancel
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, then you have the right to cancel from the date the contract is concluded (ie the date we send our Order Confirmation email) until the expiry of a period of seven working days, beginning the day after the day on which your received the item.
Ordering a gift?
Christmas & birthdays, do they just come round faster each year? If you have a cyclist as a friend or in the family, then a gift of great apparel is a wonderful present. Because it's not always easy to know if what you've ordered is either the right colour or fit, we have a really easy way to offer you some good old gift peace of mind. Our normal returns deadline is 20 days, but for all gift orders we can happily extend this to until the gift has been given. If your present is met with a 'But i really hate blue!' response, rest assured that you can return the item to us and we will offer a credit note to the value of your order, allowing your loved one to choose an alternative colour, gift or size. All we ask is that you tell us when you place the order that it is a gift using the comments box on checkout, or alternatively email us through our contact page on the day or before you place the order.
Returns
We ship every product with a returns form & a printed returns label inside the package, (please download the returns form here if you require another one). If you would like an exchange or simply a refund, please indicate as such on the returns form and send it back to us with your returned item(s) within 20 days from the date of purchase. We do not charge postage for sending an exchanged item back to you.

Currency
We offer the ability for you to choose your home currency via a drop down box on the top right of the site. Whilst you can checkout in your preferred currency, your method of payment will still be charged in GB pounds. Currency exchange rates are updated throughout the day, so you can be assured that you are always getting the latest rate.
Prices
Our prices are in GBP, all of which include VAT at the prevailing rate. If you've ordered from outside of the EU, then you may be liable to pay import duties but you will not need to pay UK sales tax. All orders from outside of the EU will show a price without sales tax on the payment page.
