New from Craft are their eagerly anticipated 3D fabric knee warmers, which are constructed using a varying fabric thickness in order to effectively regulate your temperature during a ride. Highly stretchy, scarily soft and beyond comfortable on the bike, they mould to your leg shape, whilst the strong silicon gripper ensures that they stay in place.

The website for the Leopard Project can be visited here: http://www.leopardtrek.lu/ ![]() Let’s be honest, most knee warmers aren’t very interesting. There's Lycra or Roubaix tubes and… well, that’s about it. These knee warmers from Craft are different in that they’re ribbed so they’re super-stretchy and the thickness is varied between the different areas to give you extra insulation where you most need it – in the exposed section down the front. Made from a synthetic mix, these are very, very soft and are about as warm as Roubaix – we know because we went out with a Rapha knee warmer on one leg and a Craft one on the other leg to compare them. It’s a great look – you should try it. Anyway, there really wasn’t a great deal to choose between them in terms of temperature although the ribbed weave means the Crafts mould to your leg even more closely than normal as you pedal and, with a little less fabric round the back, they ruck slightly less when you bend your knee. There’s only one seam and that’s flat-stitched so you can’t feel it, and the silicon gripper holds them in place perfectly well without irritating. In terms of looks, they take some getting used to, but you can’t fault their comfort. A decent price too. Verdict: Warm and incredibly comfortable at a reasonable price 9/10 If you have bought this product, why not write a review and help other riders to make an informed choice. Just click here.

Since buying these knee warmers I've now bought 2 other pairs for friends. They perform all the functions that you'd expect from a decent pair of knee warmers (warm but breathable) but don't fall down even when wandering round the house doing that last minute procrastination before a ride on a cold day.
by Nihat Hasbek from Netherlands on 03/09/2011
Allright, these knee warmers are very comfortable. Doesn't sound too interesting but I have a few knee warmers from other respectable brands in my cycling outfit to choose from and the Craft knee warmers do make a difference!

I bought these with a pair of arm warmers in January. As it was to cold up to last Saturday to wear them I took them with me last weekeend for the first time. What can I say? They fit very well and I had no problems with cold knees although there is always some chilly wind in Northern Germany.

very comfortable and soft material. I think they run a little big in the sizes. I ordered a Xs/S and it is still to big..
by Carlos Rodriguez Rodriguez from Spain on 21/02/2011
Very good quality product that fulfills its function perfectly. As the only inconveniences their low resistance to abrasion (including friction with vegetation) and an excessive diameter at the top of the leg. Still recommended to keep your knees warm.
by Antony Buchan from United Kingdom on 26/01/2011
The craft knee warmers do the job nicely. They're comfy to wear and the gripper bands keep them in place.

really comfortable fit and genuinely keep knees warm. light grey is unusual looking, but visible. Fit is great and not constricting, which is a problem I have had with other makes. Good vlue and well finished. Grippers work perfectly.

Not very keen on the grey but otherwise do the trick nicely. Fit is good.

Comfortable knee warmers with rubber that grips well.

Great fit, great material as with the arm warmers, very warm top quality
by William Mitchinson from United Kingdom on 16/03/2010
Nice smooth feel and a nice change to look down at gray rather than black garments. Stayed in position during ride. However, like all other knee warmers worn, I'd prefer them to be a little longer.
by Tim Otway from United Kingdom on 08/11/2009
These are probably the best knee warmers I have owned. They need to go on the correct legs ensuring the seam is on the inside. They stay in place do not roll up or slip. The really unusual fabric keeps you warm, and does not give you that seaty back of the knee feeling. Top piece of kit reasonably priced.

In a word - superb! The sizing guide is accurate and these things once on are so comfortable its untrue. The amount of work put into the cut, material and fit is evident throughout in a first class product. Money well spent. Hi, I have some confusion regarding your Craft 3D Knee Warmers. Are they black (as shown on the web-site) or gray?
Thanks very much.

Thanks for the question - The Craft 3D Warmers in stock right now (as of 1st December 2010), are plain black, and if they look a little grey in the photo in some areas, please disregard that. The reason the colour looks a little inconsistent is that the knee warmers, as with the leg and arm warmers, are made from different thicknesses of fabric.
