I was looking for a pair of warm and waterproof trousers that could be worn down the shops if I needed. These pretty much fit the bill. I've not worn them through winter, but so far so good. In fact, I'd say they are a little warm for the average autumn day. i.e. I am too warm cycling to work during daylight, but grateful for them cycling home late evening. Only draw back is that they are quite long in length and as I'm nearly 5ft 10inches my leg's aren't short!

I bought these pants to take cycle touring. They are light and comfortable and having braces to keep them up they put no extra pressure around the waist. I am short and found the legs a bit long but this means that they do not inhibit movement as you pedal.
I have worn these pants in severe weather, gale force winds and rain in Scotland, and they kept me dry.
I have not owned any other cycling rain pants so have no point of comparison but I am very happy with these and would recommend them.

Basically these are great pants for cycling in cold and rainy weather. The sizing seems quite generous but this does mean you can fit other layers underneath.
I have been out in heavy rain and sleet. The pants are not totally waterproof but I am not disappointed. They make me feel protected and snug against the elements and other parts of my body will get cold before my legs do. The tabs on the lower leg are good so you can cinch them up and they don't get caught in the pedals. The rise is slightly less than I might have wished but I haven't worn the braces with them - this would hold them up better.
Overall I'm pleased with them, and they are excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend them as basic kit.

I have not yet worn these trousers in heavy rain, but so far they have performed well and are nicely roomy around the knees and seat area so they don't feel tight when cycling. They are not baggy in the lower leg so stay nicely away from the chainrings Got an in depth product question, or want to ask something else related to this product?
