Worn under your cycling jacket as an essential first layer, the Craft Be Active Extreme Round Neck Base Layer is designed to keep you dry, warm and fresh throughout any ride in fair to cool conditions, and with its rounded neck, is a great choice for cyclists that don't wish to wear the higher necked crew style of the standard Be Active Extreme Base Layer.

Great base layer
Just worn for first time on a crisp, cool and sunny autumn morning. Worked fantastically well, keeping me at a constant temperature throughout my 25 mile ride regardless of climbing or decending. TIght fit that feels like a second skin (i.e. you don't notice it!) and great fit with plenty of length for my 6'5", 42" chest benpole body. No damp sweaty feeling, even at the end of the ride. Highly recommend.

Size comment: "Tends to be small"
I own at least 10 craft base layers. However the round neck version is my most favorite. I wish I could find them in more colors. I am 130 pounds and 5 ft 9 - but I wear the XL. I am usually a MTo L in normal shirts. Cycling apparel is to binding under my arms unless I go to XL.
Great performance tops. They do as advertised.

Looking to get one of these, I have a 37" chest, would be medium be ok?

Medium would be a perfect fit - close enough so that the base layer can actually function effectively, but not restrictive.

Craft's sizing is very Swedish, which means the size sets are very realistic, and not at all like the very small Italian brands. With Craft, a large is indeed a large. The only exception is the Elite range, which is a pure race fit, and which depending on your cycling style, one you may wish to size up for.
*For an accurate glove size, please measure around your palm, placing it flat and making sure to exclude the thumb (don't chop it off), then compare your measurement to the chart above. If it's a close call, go one size up or down depending on the result.
