this is a great Jersey, perfect fit and very comfy on the bike - it forms the mainstay of my winter apparel. The windstopper panels work really well while the non-windstopper back allow you to regulate you temperature  Great

I got my Elite jersey in the fall so I haven't tried it as an outer layer yet. However, it is a luxury midlayer in the cold winter. With a Craft zero or warm base layer and a windproof jacket it really works, both on quality training and longer distance rides. It has a nice fleece inside and is light and well cut.
