Pairing a stylish exterior with Etxeondo's typical attention to detail, the Etxeondo Dir Jacket is an interesting alternative to the more mainstream cold weather cycling jackets.
Constructed from Gore Windstopper with a fleece lined Thermolite inner, the Dir excels in the sort of cold, blustery conditions usually prevalent in the winter and early spring months. Sporting a front zipped breast pocket, and two large rear sealed pockets, there is more than enough space to store on the bike snacks and supplies, whilst reflective touches on the back and arms give great low light visibility.
- Gore Windstopper exterior with a unique gloss finish
- Thermolite fleece lined interior
- Small breast vertical pocket
- Two rear, stacked sealed zipper pockets
- Reflective arm and back areas
- Full front zipper

Awesome jacket! Love the different style that the jacket presents, but it is wearing it that you realise how good it is for the cold, long rides, where you might be carrying a phone (perfect for front pocket), or snacks etc in the rear sealed pockets. The wind stopper is excellent, and paired with a base layer is about all you really need unless it gets below freezing, then a mid layer might be necessary. It seems to be quite rain repellant as well, and has got me home when the heavens have opened in one piece. All in all, highly recommended.

Stop!! I want to buy another one. This jacket looks so good. Feel great with it on and with current discount I am so tempted to get the red too! So far has done the job well. Been really warm , my fav winter jacket. So pleased with this purchase. I had size up due to availability but it proved pretty good fit with craft base underneath.

What can I say? The quality of this jacket is exceptional, easily up there with Assos. It's warm and most certainly an excellent partner to the weather we are having at the minute. My only issue is the length of the sleeves. They make it a little chilly unless you have gloves with really long cuffs. Otherwise, I couldn't ask for a better winter jacket and at this price you can't beat it.
