What to look for in a cycling helmet
Like all cycle clothing and accessories, choosing a cycle helmet is a decision that should be based on how often you ride, and the type of riding you do. If you commute regularly for example, an entry level mountain bike or road helmet would be a sensible choice. However, if your regular ride is road based, then it makes sense to look for a road cycling helmet that matches how often you manage get out and about, your budget and expectation of features - likewise for a mountain bike helmet.
