Featuring a special four-way stretch woven fabric that is lightweight, breathable and water-resistant, the Tour Jacket's flexible shell provides excellent wind and weather resistance without sacrificing any breathability. The high all-weather collar protects against wind and rain, while elastic sleeve cuffs comfortably keep out the elements. Stretch panels under the arms and back provide ventilation when the internal temperature rises, whilst at the rear,  reflective trim and two functional pockets make the Hincapie Tour LT Jacket one of the most versatile stow-away garments on the planet.
