1 reviews for Hincapie Wickwool S/S Baselayer
by Redvers from Channel Islands on 21/08/2010
Merino wool makes for great base layers, Hincapie's is well made and works perfectly well. In addition Alwaysriding's service is second to none.
However, two gripes:
Firstly, this is supposed to be 'Sportswear' why is it necessary to have two irritating plastic flap labels sewn into the back of the neck, especially when they don't convey any useful information?
Secondly the baselayer is supplied in a thick plastic tube. Most cyclists are environmentalists at some level and surely even American companies have worked out by now (2010) that excessive, unnecessary and non recyclable plastic packaging is not appreciated.
