I ordered these shorts a size up following on from other comments about them being way skinny (I don't like things to be TOO tight) and am mega chuffed with them. I ordered the 'chocolate' colour and although the tag described it as 'charcoal' they're very chocolatey (but not in an edible way). Nice deep pockets are a bonus too! If you want something to wear for cycling to the pub without the hassle of having to take a change of clothes or something to cruise about in, then these are what you're looking for! Currently considering getting the camel pair too!

As others have said, these are a tight fit but you can go a size bigger if you want them a little less snug. Even with the slim fit, there's enough stretch in them to make them comfortable enough for casual rides and look stylish enough to walk around town with (I can get away with them at work as well which is a bonus). The deep pockets, low-at-the-front-high-at-the-back are welcome as well. Highly recommended.

Made from the softest cotton, these are as comfortable as wearing lycra and much less embarassing in public. I can use them on the daily 30km commute as well as going to the shops, cafe, pub, etc on weekends. Very happy!

I went Muxu crazy las week, and along with these shorts I bought the Pique Polo and Socks. These are great, and like the washingmachinepost review says, they are a level of quality that is beyond anything i've tried yet. Be aware though, they are a slim cut. In fact when I put them on I thought I might have the wrong size. However, on the bike I realised that the stretch in the fabric makes them wonderfully comfortable. After a few rides they relaxed slightly, and i am very happy. Not shorts for sprinters for sure!

as some said its better to go up one size i don't know, i bought one size up and its ok but i think the right size would fit me better, as it is ok i am not going to ask for another size. It is a great product as all other stuff muxu makes, i already bought almost everything they make and mostly 2 times for when in washingmachine and i hope to see a bigger range of products and colors.

This shorts is a great shorts. Good quality, good sizing. This shorts is my best favorite shorts. So I bought different size as a present for my wife.

At first I thought the size I'd ordered were going to be too small as they felt pretty fitted when just standing up. But I was surprised at how much the material gives when you're on the bike. Made me wonder why I ever wore lycra! Not cheap, but well worth the investment!

Bought it for my partner as a present to match the Muxu shirt and he loves it. He looks brilliant in the morning to go to work and as good in the evening for a few drinks. Washed them a few times now and they look as new. Again, Always Riding's service is the best of any site I have bought from, cycling or otherwise.

Great shorts, very soft cotton in a good way. The articulated knees work well.

As I said I would, I just bought the other colour way. Love these shorts!

cool shorts, size is pretty much spot on, just expect a slim fit, that gives when on biked. great looking and like the other reviewer aam (i think) just about to order the camel also.

Great pair of trousers, the elastane provides great stretch which translate to a very comfortable fit and an unrestricted feel when riding. The back pockets are quite deep causing my wallet to drift into seating area on occasion. Look really good on and off the bike. Recommended - I'm considering buying a second pair.

Great soft and stretchy material, so although a tailored fit, these shorts are not restrictive. That said, I did originally buy the 32" shorts and had to return them for 34" shorts - so do buy on the larger size because they are so tailored compared to other similar 3/4 shorts. The back pockets are nice and deep and there is a neat side pocket for your mobile phone so it doesn't dig in when riding along. If there was one thing I could change its the 'camel' colour which is actually pretty insipid. These are great trousers and they deserve stronger colours to make them really stand out. Maybe next year?

A little tight to start with, but online advice said they would give a little and they did. Turbo comfortable and smart with other Muxu kit.

These are by far my favorites of all my cycling gear and if fact of all my pants. Really comfortable to wear and I actually wear these extensively also off-the-bike. The rear is starting to lose its color though after a summer worth of riding. I have the chocolate ones and I'd definitely buy them again.

The fit is a little neater/tighter than I expected though saying that they are fine for cycling. The material is not light weight though just enough stretch to avoid constriction. They are good casual shorts too and dont look too Bikey!. If you have good stong legs (thick) then they will be a bit tight round thighs and knee.
