Climbing a mountain pass, discovering a new trail or choosing to get to work under your own power, you know why you love to ride. However, choosing the right bicycle apparel is one of the most important elements in making sure you get the most out of 'bike time'. But lets not put a name to it, for 'bike time' could also be 'steed time', 'go time', tarmac time', 'flying time' or indeed 'tea time', depending on what you have in mind.
Established in April 2008 by two apparel obsessed friends, Always Riding exists to help you choose and wear the most comfortable, stylish, and technically advanced clothes available, whether you hit the trails or the tarmac. We'll give you a selection of the best brands, make it simple to take a look, and even easier to get them to your door.
From the start we knew that we wanted to offer great service. The products aside, we wished for Always Riding to be a place where you could not only buy in confidence, but where you could read properly written product descriptions (yes, we write everything ourselves), see clear and precise images, find the sizing chart without requiring Sherlock Holmes-esque detective abilities, and above all, check out with ease. Since that time we've added the ability for our customers to write reviews of their purchases (we call them 'Rider Reviews'), created a pretty swish login system, and developed an extremely fast checkout procedure amongst other tweaks. We also have a lot more features on the way, all with the aim of making your experience with us even better.

Early on we realised that tooting our own 'customer service' horn would never be enough, so we joined up with a great web service called Trust Pilot to collect customer feedback for us. We show this feedback on the shopping bag page to aid confidence for first time visitors, and because of the wonderful comments and reviews we have had from our customers, we are proud to be the number one trusted retailer in Trust Pilot's Bicycle category.
We spend our days in our office in London, England, just a stone's throw from the tennis courts of Wimbledon. UK riders based in the South East of England will know the area, but for international visitors, we hope this gives you a small picture of where your package is being sent from!
